• Graphics - The computer systems designed today have a motherboard with integrated video or an actual video card. For people who love gaming including 3D games, the integrated video is one of the better options.

• Sound - Computer information on sound is also essential. Most systems are designed with integrated sound but again, for people who love listening to music, playing games, or watching movies, they may consider updating to something more robust.

• USB Ports - Computers come with USB ports, which are used for a variety of purposes. A cable can be connected to a camera so images can be downloaded to the computer, a microphone could be connected to a USB port, and the list goes on. However, for people who have several things they want to plug using a USB port, they would need computer information on any system interested in to make sure it offers the appropriate number of ports.

• Operating System - Also referred to as OS, the operating system is the platform on which the computer runs. All buyers should conduct research on computer information specific to the operating system so they buy what will serve them best. For instance, some people prefer a Macintosh system while others prefer Microsoft. With Microsoft, different operating systems used include the XP Home Edition, XP Professional Edition, and the latest, Vista.
